Update on 10 Gifts in an Altoid Box…Plant Pot Dangle Featuring Recycled Plastic Grocery Bag Beads

I want to make some custom plastic grocery bag beads for the photo frame and ornament that I worked on last evening. Unfortunately, I won’t have time for that until next week. So….this evening I worked on a plant pot dangle thingy. Don’t know exactly what to call it, but it sure is pretty!

It’s shaped similar to a shepherd’s crook, with the long end sticking down into the dirt inside the pot. As you can see from the photo, there are three beaded dangles hanging from the top of the crook.

The wrinkly redish pink and purple beads, including the heart shaped bead, are from my book, Bags to Beads. The dangles are about 2 1/2″ long.

As I stated above, I won’t have time to work on this until next week, so probably won’t post any updates for 3 or 4 days.

I want to finish designing the photo frame and ornament before starting anything else. After that, I want to design a tiny photo album.
